Michael Civin is a psychologist who has been able to benefit from a high quality education and job training. Michael Civin received a fairly extensive education which aided him in becoming a highly respected psychologist. This education started at Harvard College where he received his A.B. degree in 1968, then went to Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by a Masters of Arts degree in 1970 from the University of Oregon. He received another Masters of Arts degree in 1986 from Adelphi University, which is the same place he obtained his PhD from in 1988. In 1993 he completed his Postdoctoral Certification in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

Michael Civin is today a practicing psychologist who is licensed by the State of New York. He has been successful in psychology in terms of his practice and his academic background. He has been working in psychological services for years. He founded a private practice in New York City in 2007 which has been continuously operating since then. Michael Civin is also the co-founder of a company Rose Hill Psychological Services. This firm was founded in 2008 and Michael Civin now works there as a senior psychologist.
